This release extends the customer mapping process by allowing mapping between ConnectWise customers and Acronis sub-partners. The integration is then enabled to report the accumulated usage of the sub-partners into ConnectWise Manage agreements.
Provisioning offering items in Acronis for sub-partners is not supported at this point but it will be provided in the upcoming releases.

This release introduces a feature that allows MSPs to perform manual synchronization of one or more mapped customer tenants. The offering items configuration in Acronis will be immediately updated as well as the service usage in CW Manage.

This release introduces the two-way sync feature, which extends the quota synchronization by enabling this process between Acronis and ConnectWise Manage. The offering items for the Acronis customer tenants are first configured in the Management console, then the two-way sync feature will ensure the propagation of these changes to ConnectWise Manage by updating the customer agreements.
The new feature will support the migration of the Acronis Cyber Cloud and ConnectWise Manage systems from legacy to new licensing without disrupting the already established integrations.
