Integrating with RMM platforms

PSA enables you to integrate with RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management) platforms. This enables you to automate ticket creation and management and align customer billing with managed customer assets.

To access the RMM integrations, go to Integrations. In the displayed left menu, select Management > Remote Monitoring and Management.

When setting up your integration, ensure your RMM software remains open, as you will need its URL and keys to complete the integration.
