Northeastern U.S. sees mass flooding, power outages

The Northeast United States has been inundated with rain from Tropical Storm Henri, causing mass flooding and power outages.

Even though the storm was downgraded from a hurricane before landfall, the rain and 70 mph winds still managed to knock power out for over 140,000 homes. Had Henri made landfall as a hurricane, it would have been New England's first in 30 years.
